JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider the claims of the petitioner as per the provision of law or any other appropriate writ order or direction.

II. For issuance to pay regarding nonpayment of outstanding salary dated 28.11.2003 to 30.09.2007.

III. For issuance to pay the interest amount of salary dated 28.11.2003 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5576 of 2023(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 30.09.2007 which was granted time to time and pay its difference of arrear of the following or its consequential benefit.

IV. For issuance to pay the nonpayment of salary dated 28.11.2003 to 30.09.2007 which was not given by the respondents till date and its may be granted by the respondents authority and it may be corrected by the respondents authority. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
