JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.11.2019, seeks bail in connection with Katoriya P. S. Case No. 130 of 2019 dated 22.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant and his associate were waylaid by two unknown miscreants.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired only on the confession of a co-accused namely, Shambhu Yadav.

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he also has not been put

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka. in connection with Katoriya P. S. Case No. 130 of 2019.
