Mr Rohit Mishra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 14-11-2017 I. A. No.5297 of 2016 is a petition for condonation. There is delay of 08 days in preferring the appeal. We are satisfied as to the reason for such delay. I. A. is allowed. We have perused the order, which has been passed in Civil Review No.250 of 2015. The order in question is dated 04.05.2016. Since there is nothing in terms of error apparent on the face of record as such, therefore, it is a frivolous appeal,
Patna High Court LPA No.1415 of 2016(6) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 which has been preferred against the civil review order. It is also significant to note that the order passed by the Writ Court has not been challenged. If that be so, there is nothing to interfere in the present appeal.
Appeal is dismissed.
