Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other sections of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case bearing Sakra P.S.Case No.217 of 2014.The case of the petitioner is earlier in point of time and the co-accused persons have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge. There is no specific allegation that the petitioners made attempt to outrage the modesty of the sister-inlaw of the informant. On perusal of the record and considering the facts that the informant has made allegation that the petitioners made attempt to outrage the modesty of the younger sister-in-law of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly the same is rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and the court below shall consider the prayer for regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40396 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 bail of the petitioners without being prejudiced from the orders of this court, preferably on the same.
