JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2023 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.11.2013 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran in Maintenance Case No. 192M of 2013 by which the petitioner was ordered to pay Rs.3000 per month as interim maintenance to the opposite party no.2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this quashing petition has become infructuous and therefore, he wants to withdraw the same.
