2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 326, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Rajesh Yadav and there is no allegation of overt act against these petitioners. Only allegation against these petitioners is that they abused the informant and were holding weapons.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
