The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 2970 of 2014, Trial No. 1256 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner is husband of the complainant.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the complaint petition general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. He further submits that complainant is hot tempered lady and does not want to see the parents of the petitioner. Petitioner is labour. He is in custody
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18763 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 since 17.12.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2970 of 2014, Trial No. 1256 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
