JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 11.05.2018 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. Jo. 8963 of 2018 ( Chandra Shekhar Azad & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 4 shall consider the case of the petitioner and in case, the petitioner is found to be similarly situated, similar relief would be given.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5700 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 the petitioner is granted liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the respondent no. 4 within a period of six weeks thereafter considering the judgment rendered in the case of Chandra Shekhar Azad & Anr.(supra) and in case, the petitioner is found to be similarly situated, similar benefits would be granted within a further of four weeks thereupon.
