JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of RPF Mokama Post Case No.1 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 of RP (U.P.) Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019. Allegedly, from the possession of the petitioner, certain articles were recovered, which were booked for transportation through Railways.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 07.01.2019, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
