The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is involved in selling of illicit liquor and she has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of coaccused Anil Sharma, who was arrested on the spot. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
