The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 183/2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity and also undertakes that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act of mental and physical torture.

Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
