JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sasaram (M) PS Case No. 1397 of 2016 (S.Tr. No. 350 of 2017) registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants robbed the informant of his golden chain, bracelet and other items along with ten thousand rupees cash.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of one Akhilesh Kumar but no incriminating article has been recovered, nor he was put on TIP and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Guddu Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) PS Case No. 1397 of 2016 (S.Tr. No. 350 of 2017).
