Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

The statement of victim was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she specifically stated that she had solemnized her court marriage with petitioner. However, in medical examination, she was found aged about 17 to 19 years. Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.12.2019.
