The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Special Case No. 294 of 2019 arising out of Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 dated 05.01.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Mr. Manish Kumar No. 2, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.
