Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the dues of the petitioner were cleared by the respondent. However, despite Annexure-10 the dues for the period February, 1982 to January, 1986 have not been cleared.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the ViceChancellor of the University, who is required to consider the case

Patna High Court CWJC No.10410 of 2016 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 of the petitioner in the light of Annexure-10 and take final decision with regard to the claim of non-payment of arrears for the period 1982 to 01.01.1986.
