The petitioner is in custody in connection with Baisi P.S.Case No.13 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the IPC.

It has been submitted that the name of this petitioner appeared in the confessional statement of co-accused Abdul Gani @ Abdul Ghani and Rehan. Out of them Abdul Ghani has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.21031 of 2017. The other co-accused Md. Hashim has also been granted bail by another Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.20924 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2017 having clean antecedent.

Learned APP opposed the submissions.
