2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to move before the Appellate Authority i.e., the Joint Director, Secondary Education, Bihar.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioners move before the Joint Director, Secondary Education, Bihar in the present matter, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and latest within a period of four months from the date of filing of such appeal.
