ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 Counsel for the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for restoration/recovery of petitioner's daughter who is subject to kidnapping/abduction for which he has filed Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020, against named accused persons.

After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with a view to avail the remedy under Section 98 of the Cr.P.C., before the appropriate authority.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.316 of 2020(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Counsel for the State has no grievances of the same. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with the aforesaid liberty. Upon filing of the application, within four weeks from today, the appropriate authority shall do the needful towards the recovery of the abducted child, at the earliest.
