JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 579 of 2017, a case under Sections 370A/372/373/376 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4/5/6 of the Immoral Traffick Act and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. The petitioner is owner of the flat where immoral human trafficking was going on. Petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61391 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bihal Police Station Case No. 579 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
