JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 The two petitioners apprehend arrest in Mairwa P.S. Case no. 265 of 2013 instituted under sections 364. 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to annexure-3 which is a first information report lodged by the father of the petitioners, inter alia, alleging that the informant of the present case and his family members had assaulted several other people. The case is about love affair in which the girl of the informant ultimately committed suicide. The informant then lodged a case two days later implicating the petitioners and other persons.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or

No.36214 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 surrender of the petitioners above named within four weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.
