Having considered the submissions of both sides, I find that there is no requirement of taking any further action against the opposite parties.

If the petitioner is at all aggrieved with any part of his retirement benefit either on account of revision of pay scale according to 6th Pay Commission or non payment of arrears of salary she may file a fresh writ petition.

With the aforesaid liberty, this contempt petition is disposed of.
