The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.341 of 2021 dated 03.08.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 13.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28816 of 2022, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within six weeks.

Now, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20244 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 Earlier this application was dismissed as withdrawn on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner but at the time of renewing prayer for bail the learned counsel has been changed and no new ground has been raised.

It is regretted to note here that a wrong practice has been prevailing in this Court, which is highly deprecated. It is only the wasting of the time of the Court. I say no more. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail once again. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
