Practically the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by passage of time because by way of writ petition the petitioner raised grievance to the extension granted by the District Magistrate to the date for filing applications for the post of Vikash Mitra. The date so extended having already expired, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
