The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No.61 of 2015, a case under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2017. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Only on the basis of criminal antecedent and confession of co-accused he has been remanded in this case. Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61965 of 2017 (3) dt.15-02-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
