The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the house of petitioner No.2, Sunita Devi.

Submission is that petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and the house is occupied by other family members also.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.18111 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Alamganj Police Station Case No.756 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
