Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vijaipur P. S. case no. 151/2013 registered under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is named in the first information report and admittedly, first information report was lodged against 56 named and 150 unnamed persons.
The first information report demonstrates that mob was being led by other FIR named accused and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also a member of the mob. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 of this petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29876 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Vijaipur P. S. case no. 151/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
