The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 385, 387, 509, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 67(A), 67(C ) of the I.T. Act and Sections 8, 10, 12 of the POCSO Act.

It is alleged by the informant that co-accused Md. Chand uploaded the obscene pictures and videos of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18887 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/3 his niece on social media, used to make lewd comments, demanded extortion of rupees one lakh and when the informant made a complaint to the family members of co-accused Md. Chand, they abused and threatened of dire consequences.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The thrust of accusation is against coaccused Md. Chand who is not petitioner before this Court. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Samastipur in connection
