JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 323, 325, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38028 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2 / 2 the petitioners stating that compromise has been arrived at between the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the petitioners, named above, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case no. 304 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
