The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.201 of 2016, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2016. Petitioner is main assailant. The informant is eyewitness of the occurrence. Medical evidence also corroborates the F.I.R.
