Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Accusation is of kidnapping the 13 years minor daughter of the informant. Under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement victim has supported the accusation. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to petty dispute accusation has been levelled.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29821 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
