The petitioner in this case is seeking regular bail in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been lodged on the basis of the written complaint to the Officer-in-charge of Nawada (Ara) Police Station. Learned counsel submits that from perusal of the F.I.R. it would appear that the main allegations are against one Vishnu Shankar Shukla and Raju Singh.

Learned counsel submits that this petitioner is not named in the first information report, however, the name of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52015 of 2018(3) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner has been brought in course of supervision. Learned counsel further submits that the investigation in the present case is now complete as the petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2018. In the given facts and circumstances of the case wherein the petitioner is not named and the specific allegations are against named accused Vishnu Shankar Shukla and Raju Singh as also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Seikh Samaruddeen @ Sek Samiruddin @ Md. Samiruddin be released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 70 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C.
