The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the informant namely, Raj Narain Choudhary Branch Manager, H.D.F.C. Bank Chhoti Saraigunj, Muzaffarpur. The allegation against co-accused Pradeep Ramji Rai is that he approached to the informant's Bank and requested for opening his Bank Account by providing the document like voter ID Card and his Pan Card. It is further alleged that on verification, the said voter ID has found forged, fake and fabricated and the present case has been lodged against

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has come into light, on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He further submitted that no any account was opened in the name of the said named coaccused Pradeep Ramji Rai in the said Bank, on the basis of the documents submitted by him. Petitioner has no concern with the co-accused Pradeep Ramji Rai, who is named in the FIR. No any cheating was done by the petitioner and no any transaction was made by him. He is languishing in judicial custody since 02.10.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below in connection with
