2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 342, 429, 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 104 of 2011.
3. It appears that the petitioners had earlier moved this Court for anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29172 of 2014 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 09.12.2014 and this is the second such anticipatory bail petition being filed by the petitioners.

4. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as there was land dispute between the parties.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
