Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State . The bail petition of petitioner Nos. 1 , 2 and 3 has already been withdrawn vide order dated 10.04.2025 .

2. Petitioner No. 4 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191(3) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 118(1) , 117 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) of BNS Act and 3 / 4 Witch Craft Act. 3 . As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted mother of informant with stick on account of which she sustained injury .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18290 of 2025(3) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 both parties are gotias and due to petty dispute , a quarrel took petitioner place between them. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Injury allegedly caused by petitioner is simple in nature . Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner No. 4 , as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 6th Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Mufassil P . S. Case No . 249 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
