Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the Bolero vehicle of the informant was stolen leading to registration of the First Information Report against unknown.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confessional statement of the coaccused no material has been collected against the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 11 of 2012, pending
