Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Nawada, Nagar (Kadriganj) P.S.Case No.182 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 448, 436, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation, as per the F.I.R., against the petitioner is of assault to the informant and other family members. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation attributed to the petitioner. He has been falsely been implicated in this case. At best he is only the order giver.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M.,Nawada, in Nagar (Kadriganj) P.S.Case No.182 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
