JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 100 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking note of this fact that petitioner carries criminal antecedent and confessed his guilt before the police, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 100 of 2011 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to
