JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the marriage was performed in 1997 and the O.P. No. 2 and the children were residing with the petitioner.

Notices were issued to the O.P. No. 2 vide order dated 9.10.2013. Since the house service was effected, hence, the matter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31465 of 2013 (4) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 was placed for Admission.

None is appearing on behalf of the informant. In the circumstances, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 9.10.2013 in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2013 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner is permitted to remain on bail on the same bail bonds.
