The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26(1)(2)(3) of the Arms Act.

A raid was conducted in the house of Md. Aalam and from there manufactured arms and ammunitions were recovered along with the articles for manufacturing arms and ammunitions. Md. Aalam disclosed the name of the petitioner, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29969 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014.
