Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has not received the latest instructions with regard to the grievance of the petitioner. He submits that due to communication gap, he is not in a position to make any positive statement before this Court whether the grievance of the petitioner is still subsisting or it has been redressed. There is no counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents to inform the Court about the latest position.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16439 of 2016(3) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 In view of the fact that the writ petition is pending since 2016, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the authorities concerned and the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievance of the petitioner with regard to non-payment of admissible dues within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of the representation of the petitioner along with a copy of this order.
