====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, daughter of the informant and and daughter of her brother-in-law went missing from the preceding night of 21.06.2023 and during of course of search, informant came to know that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped them for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20591 of 2024(4) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 these petitioners and informant are co-villagers and due to old enmity and some differences, this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioners.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and the victims have supported the prosecution case in their statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

6. In view of the gravity of the offence and statement of the victims recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
