The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 382/2017 dated 24.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Three persons were arrested by the police party and from the possession of the petitioner, only one mobile telephone, belonging to him, was recovered. From the possession of other two co-accused persons, firearms were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55504 of 2017 (3) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 382/2017.
