Petitioner seeks bail in connection Jhajha P.S. Case no. 398 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Considering the facts that petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant who gave sword blow to the deceased (Ghanshyam Mandal) and also assaulted one Gopal Mandal and further there are 12 injured victims, the court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail is
