In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No.292 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have caused injury by Axe on the head of the informant.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail,
