The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 944 of 2017 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 30/38(i), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31072 of 2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
