The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners threatened the informant to issue caste certificate, as a result of which, he was forced to issue wrong caste certificate.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner no. 1 did not file any application for issuance of caste certificate of Awadh Baniya, as he belongs to Baniya (Kesharwani) caste. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

No.19507 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 274 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
