JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the outset, it is pointed out that petitioner No. 7 namely, Ramesh Mushar has already been arrested and as such, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 7 namely, Ramesh Mushar stands dismissed being infructuous.
So far as rest petitioners i. e. petitioner Nos. 1 to 6 are concerned; they apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section-307 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

No.30323 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 It is alleged that petitioners pelted stones on police party when police party raided the house of petitioner No. 1 having got information of selling illicit liquor but admittedly, police could not succeed to seize any illicit liquor from house of the petitioner No. 1. Moreover, it is submitted that as a matter of fact, local police used to come at the house of petitioners and humiliate the female folk which was opposed by the petitioners and the information regarding the above-said illegal acts of the police was given to higher officials.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner Nos. 1 to 6 named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
