Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his grievances with regard to payment of salary from March, 2008 to 22nd of January, 2015.

In view of the fact that the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner being CWJC No. 14479 of 2010 was allowed by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2015, as a matter of corollary, the petitioner is entitled to payment of salary for the aforesaid period.
