This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 134 of 2023 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 198 litre of illicit liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and also the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18895 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 petitioner has clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise-I cum A.D.J-IV, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 134 of 2023.
