1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Suraj Narayan Yadav and the learned AC to GP-18 for the State, Mr. Viveka Nand Singh.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, at the outset, submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
3. It is submitted that the instant writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent nos. 3 and 4 not to proceed with the construction of Panchayat Raj Sarkar Bhawan over the raiyati land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 770, Khesra No. 1231 and 1224,
Patna High Court CWJC No.4772 of 2025(5) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 Chakbandi Plot No. 1009, Jamabandi No. 3449, Thana No. 360, Mauza-Bidupur, District-Vaishali. It is submitted that instruction was sought in the case in compliance of the order dated 29.07.2025 that as to whether any Jamabandi cancellation case case has been initiated against the petitioner or not from the Circle Officer, Bidupur, Vaishali. It is next submitted that the Circle Officer, Bidupur, Vaishali has instructed that the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan is not going to be constructed on the land in dispute in the instant writ application, as such, it is submitted that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in view of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
